Pawpoy started with a feeling most pet parents recognise: the quiet unease that generic kibble, however convenient, probably is not the best we can do for the animal that trusts us completely.
Our founder is a human dietitian and lifelong pet lover. She spent years understanding how pups actually eat, which proteins suit which dogs, how activity levels affect portions, and why most commercial pet food is designed for shelf life rather than the dog in front of you.
What we believe.
Pets deserve food made with the same intention we bring to feeding the people we love. Not the same food. The same intention.
That means starting from the actual dog: their weight, age, breed, routine, preferences, what they currently eat, and what their body is doing with it. Not a size-based portion from a chart. A plan for this dog.
It also means being honest about what we are. We are not a medical service. We do not make therapeutic claims. We make thoughtful, fresh food for dogs whose owners want something better than the bag without spending their evenings researching canine nutrition.
And it means building slowly. We would rather serve a small group of pet parents very well than rush to scale and compromise on the things that matter: ingredient quality, handling, freshness, and the personal attention that makes Pawpoy worth choosing.
How we are growing.
Pawpoy is available in select areas and expanding area by area. We check pincodes before accepting meal plan requests because freshness and quality only hold up within a reasonable delivery distance. As we grow our kitchen capacity and delivery network, we add new pincodes deliberately.
If we are not in your area yet, you can still create an account, build your dog's full profile, and register your interest for your area. When we expand there, you will hear about it before anyone else.
The app itself is always available. Every feature we build for the Pawpoy dashboard works everywhere: the pet profile wizard, the health record, the document vault (coming soon), and the AI Pet Dietitian (coming soon). Delivery is area-based. The app is yours regardless.
