Pawpoy is founder-led. Our founder is a human dietitian and lifelong pet lover who started Pawpoy with one belief: pets deserve food made with the same care we bring to family. We are intentionally small and safety-first.

Yes, Pawpoy currently focuses on dogs. We want to start narrow and do this well before considering other pets.

Yes. Every meal plan is built around your dog's routine, preferences, age, weight, activity level, and current food habits. Not a catalogue pick. A plan for your actual dog.

We use real, recognizable ingredients: proteins, vegetables, and grains appropriate for dogs. Specific ingredients depend on your dog's profile and any proteins you want us to avoid.

Yes. You can list specific proteins or ingredients to avoid in your dog's profile and meal plan request. We factor these in when designing the plan.

We do not make medical claims. Recipes are developed carefully with sourcing, hygiene, and portioning in mind. Please consult your vet for medical or therapeutic diets.

Pawpoy does not make medical or therapeutic claims. If your pet has a health condition, allergy, or special dietary need, please consult your veterinarian before changing food.

Pawpoy is available in select areas and growing. When you submit a meal plan request, we check your pincode against our active service areas. If we are not in your area yet, you can register your interest and we will notify you when we expand.

Enter your pincode when you submit a meal plan request. If your pincode is serviceable, the request goes through. If not, we will show you an option to register interest.

You can still create an account, add your dog's profile, and register your interest for your area. Your interest signal is noted and you will be notified when we expand there.

Under a minute to sign up, about 2 minutes to add your dog's details in the wizard, and another minute to submit your meal plan request. We follow up within 24 hours.

No. Creating an account and building your dog's profile is completely free. Pricing for meal plans is discussed when we follow up after your request.

Yes. You can add multiple dogs to your account and include them in a single meal plan request.

A feature we are building for every Pawpoy customer. Once your dog's profile is in, you will be able to ask questions about food, portions, allergies, treats, and routine right from your dashboard. We are working with veterinary and pet-nutrition specialists to train it carefully.

We do not have a specific launch date yet. We are building it carefully and will announce when it is ready. It will be free for every Pawpoy customer.

No. The AI Pet Dietitian is a nutrition and diet tool, not a medical tool. For any health concerns, diagnostics, or medical treatment, please consult your veterinarian.
