From your dashboard, submit a meal plan request. Pick your dog, delivery address, pincode, and preferred start date. We check your pincode against our active service areas.

  • If your pincode is serviceable: request goes through
  • If not yet: register your interest and we notify you when we expand
  • Choose preferred delivery time window
  • Add proteins to avoid if needed

We follow up within 24 hours

Our team reviews your request and your dog's profile. We reach out to confirm the plan details, answer any questions, and schedule your first fresh delivery.
